Cancellation Policy
For on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services, cancellations must be made at least seven business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period. In order to cancel your service, please submit a support ticket or send an email to supportmlr[@]technixserv.com. Upon receiving the cancellation request, the full amount or any deduction will be refunded via the original method of payment within 10 to 15 working days.

For Web Hosting Accounts
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all new web hosting accounts. Within the first 30 days after you open a new account, if you are unhappy with our service, we will issue you a 100% refund, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
For Web Hosting Renewals
You can renew your web hosting account on a monthly or yearly basis. If customers cancel their service within 5 days before their renewal date, they are entitled to a refund for web hosting renewals. This policy will not be altered.
For Domain Names
When domain names are purchased, they are final. Once payment in full is received for a domain name registered through our services, you are the sole owner of that domain name. In the event that you decide to leave our service for another provider, domain names are transferable and therefore cannot be refunded.
Once a domain is registered with a domain registry, it cannot be changed (spelling errors, etc.). It is important that you verify that your domain name is spelled correctly and suggest having someone else do the same to make sure it is.
For Domain Name Renewals
Renewals of domain names are billed automatically according to the contract. Your domain name will renew automatically until you cancel the renewal. A domain name must be purchased on a minimum of an annual basis.
For Web Designing/Development
This service does not provide refunds.
For Copy-writing and Content-writing Services
Your refund will be 100% if you cancel before a writer is assigned to it. We also provide two revisions within 14 days of completing the order.
Due to Transaction Failure / Twice Deduction
IF you are experiencing a transaction failure issue then check your bank account for any deductions. If you do not find any deductions then you can try again to pay for that invoice, otherwise submit a support ticket with your bank statement to follow up on that issue. In the event you paid twice for one transaction, please open a support ticket or mail us to check the issue, and we will refund the one transaction amount via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
